About Chet Netherly, LLC

Chet Netherly is a native of Tampa, Fla. and has over 40 years of Concrete and Masonry Experience. In that time he has performed work on 100’s of millions of dollars worth of construction projects. Chet is a second generation Concrete/Masonry Contractor. His father got him his first job in the construction field in 1970 and Chet started his first Contracting business in November 1973. Chet is an organizational member of the American Concrete Institute and is a certified flat-work technician as well as his supervisors who work for him.

Chet takes great pride in his accomplishments and his philosophy is to achieve success by helping his customers be successful in bringing their projects in ahead of schedule while still relentlessly pursuing quality in craftsmanship. All of his superintendents are also certified in OSHA safety rules and regulations. When Chet say’s anything in concrete and masonry he literally means it because he’s done it all.
